Noreen has studied Wu style Tai Chi for 16
years with Master Lau Mok and has been teaching
Tai Chi for 6 years.
It's a wonderful way to feel healthier and
is truly a "Meditation in Movement."
Tai Chi is NOT for woosies! It takes between
6 to 9 months to learn the whole form. However,
you reap the benefits from the beginning.
