DRUMS
FOR FUN simply 'happened' into being back in 1992 when my friend,
Wilda, gave me my first drum made from a Grater's Ice Cream container.
I spent the summer painting Hopi Indian designs on both sides. This
was my initiation into drumming. Dick, Jim and I have been hosting
this drumming circle once a month for all these years. We have so
many drums, really neat ones ... like African djembes, djun-djuns,
frame drums, balifon, ashikas, congas, dumbeks, lots of bells, shakers
and more. Come on over and pound the skins with us. Shake, rattle
and roll!
