The ministries of Edgar Cayce and Ernest Holmes were similar to Jesus' ministry. Just as Jesus' whole ministry was a lesson on how to contact God and live according to Divine direction, so we find were Cayce's and Holmes's lives. Both taught that God is within humankind as well as everywhere present without, and we partake of God's nature. The principles of healing cover attunement with the Creative Force, cooperating with this Power that wants to express more fully through each of us thereby allowing us to be co-creators with God in our world. Cayce's and Holmes's viewpoints on methods of healing are presented: change of belief; attunement and cooperation, attitudes and emotions, prayer and visualization, and meditation and affirmation. The important ideas of application are discussed. Further, some general medical research and A.R.E.'s role in research are presented. The relevance of Cayce and Holmes is established in that both proclaimed that true healing is more than just healing; it is a growth in consciousness and a movement toward our oneness with the Divine.
