Earlier you read about Edgar Cayce’s suggestion for a partner exercise, where you sat down and got impressions of what your partner was doing. That type of exercise has been generalized into what is now called "remote viewing." Intuition is knowing from within--remote viewing might be thought of as "seeing from within." Unlike intuitive imagery, which can often be analogous or symbolic of the target, in remote viewing, literal, accurate images are the goal.

In this assignment you will read about the history and methodology of remote viewing and then try your hand at some exercises. Remote viewing is perhaps the fastest growing area of intuition research. If you are interested in pursuing this subject, exploring the web sites below will guide you to many links.

Assignment #27

Describe your experiences with the remote viewing targets. Respond to these questions:

What role does remote viewing play in the phenomena of intuition?

How would development of remote viewing skills relate to the development of intuition?

What applications can you imagine for remote viewing?

How would you apply remote viewing to tasks for spiritual development?

Email your friends about your experiences with remote viewing. Ask your friend's permission to remote view your friend's house and then send along a description to show them that you are really learning something. Send them the links to the remote viewing sites and ask them to try to remote view your place.
