The tuition for the conference is $425

Early registration (before October 15) is $350

Extra Discount: Register for both the Asheville Gathering and the Aspen, "Finding Your Muse" conference and save an additional $50 on each.

Accommodations 

at the conference site, the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly, is $288 for the four days, single or double occupancy, thus if you share a room, you pay only $144. If you plan on staying at the Assembly, a $100 deposit must be paid at registration. The balance will be collected at the conference.

Meals

at the Assembly include  4 breakfasts and 4 lunches (Saturday - Tuesday), served buffet-style. For those of you who are vegetarian, there will be at least one vegetarian entrée, hot vegetables, bread, as well as complete salad and dessert bars at lunch. Cost of the meal plan is $68, which must be paid at the time of registration. Dinners are on your own in nearby Asheville

Please note that if you do stay at the Assembly (as opposed to a nearby
hotel), you must participate in the meal plan.  If you plan to stay at a
nearby hotel, you may either bring your lunch and eat on the grounds or
participate in the meal plan along with the rest of us.  There are fast food
restaurants within 10-15 minutes of the Assembly, and you may take advantage
of them, but they may cut your mealtimes rather short.

Refund Policy. A full refund (minus a $25 administration fee) is available if notification in writing/email is received by September 1st. Between September 1st and October 1st, a 75% refund is available; and, after October 1st, a 50% refund will apply.
